Dry Wall Is Going Up!

Happy Easter!!

It was a beautiful Easter Sunday.

Jess Spent most of day working on cleaning up the yard.

Down Come the UGLY lights.

Bruce took sometime on this Easter Sunday to take down the ugly lights next to garage. Horray!!

Recessed Lighting Installed Upstairs...

Bruce worked hard installing the recessed lighting upstairs in the hallway today. He spent most of the day up in the attic.

Laundry Room Walls Adjusted

Look Closely at the floor and you can see where we have removed closet walls and moved the wall back to add about 4 feet of additional space to our laundry room. We will be adding built in cupboards and a nice counter to provide a space to fold clothes.

Updated kitchen electrical progress

Bruce worked extremely hard this weekend installing the reccessed lighting in the kitchen. He had to move some plumbing around to make it all possible. As soon as it's all dry walled it will be awesome!!

Electrical Upgrades are coming...

This is the current Kitchen built in light. We are ripping out the light and upgrading to recessed lighting.

Added Recessed Lighting

We have taken out the old light fixture.. and have
recessed lighting to the back hallway leading to the
garage.

NEW BATHROOM PROGRESS

Here are the pictures of the latest of our bathroom renovation. The picture on top is a picture... of where the toilet will be just to the right of the shower wall. The picture on the bottom is the wall for the shower. It's a half wall that will have a glass window enclosure .

OUT COME THE LAUNDRY ROOM CLOSETS!

Above is the bedroom just south of the laundry room. We are taking about 3 1/2 feet of the the bedroom. By removing the built in desk in the bedroom it allows us to add sq footage in our laundry room.

Upstairs in our Laundry room we have ripped out the closets in the laundry room. We are expanding the laundry room about another 3 1/2 feet. We have knocked out a wall that had a built in desk. We are going to put some built in desk for a craft area on our laundry room.

Nearly Completed Fire Fighter Bedroom

I bet you all didn't know about Jessica's secret collection of firefighter items. The Firefighter Bedroom needs a little touch up and until we replace the ugly pink carpet the baseboards will stay their original white. One day... this room will be a perfect bedroom for the cutest little boy. But this is not an announcement- Just to clear the air we aren't "expecting". For now the bedroom will be a place for Jessica to use as an office.
